Shipping

Made to Order

Most Maya.cool products are produced on demand after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste while creating each item specifically for you.

Because every product is made to order, production typically begins shortly after payment has been confirmed.

Processing Time

Production times may vary depending on the product and current demand.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Carrier performance

  • Seasonal demand

  • Customs processing for international shipments

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Maya.cool cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us through our Contact page and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment with our fulfillment and shipping partners.

Returns & Refunds

Because most Maya.cool products are made specifically for each customer, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations caused by different monitors or mobile screens

  • Personalized or custom products (when applicable)

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and the problem

After reviewing your request, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Maya.cool partners with trusted third-party manufacturing and fulfillment providers, including Printify, to produce and ship our products.

If a replacement or refund is approved, we may coordinate directly with our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue and process the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Because every product is manufactured specifically for each order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If your item qualifies due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will gladly provide an appropriate replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, requests to modify or cancel an order cannot be guaranteed.
